Pakenham Pickleball is operated by Elite Indoor Sportz Pty Ltd. We understand that plans can change. This policy outlines the cancellation, refund and credit conditions that apply to bookings and memberships with Pakenham Pickleball.
 

Court Hire

Court bookings may be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled booking time.
 

Cancellations made with at least 24 hours' notice will be eligible for a refund or booking credit, as determined by Pakenham Pickleball.
 

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the booking time, or failure to attend a booking, are non-refundable and the full booking fee will apply.
 

Social Play, Programs & Events

Bookings for Social Play sessions and other programs may be cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time to be eligible for a refund or booking credit.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session, or failure to attend, are non-refundable.

Late Arrivals

Late arrival does not extend the scheduled booking or session time. Bookings will finish at the originally scheduled time so that subsequent bookings can commence as scheduled.

Memberships

Membership fees are generally non-refundable once a membership has commenced, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.
 

Cancelling a recurring monthly membership will prevent future membership charges but does not generally provide a refund for membership fees already paid.

Any membership benefits, discounts or special pricing cease when the membership expires or is cancelled.
 

Paddle Hire & Other Extras

Paddle hire and other booking extras are subject to the same 24-hour cancellation policy as the associated booking.
 

Customers are responsible for equipment hired to them and may be charged for equipment that is lost or damaged beyond reasonable wear and tear.
 

Cancellations by Pakenham Pickleball

If Pakenham Pickleball needs to cancel a court booking, Social Play session, program or event, customers will be offered a rescheduled booking, account credit or refund.
 

This may include cancellations caused by circumstances such as venue issues, safety concerns, equipment failure or other circumstances that prevent us from reasonably providing the booked service.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or limit any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
